RETURNS
Feed Returns:
Due to biosecurity and feed safety reasons feed is subject to strict government regulations and therefore cannot be returned to Central Alberta Ag Supplies (CAAS). If you have a quality concern with a feed product purchased at CAAS, we will assess the concern and work closely with our vendors to issue a return or replacement product. The original receipt is required and there may be a 1-2 day review time to process the return. Please provide the lot number off the bag whenever possible, this will aid in a quick resolution.
General Returns:
CAAS accepts returns of non- feed products within 30 days of purchase, the product must be in the original packaging, unused with a copy of the receipt to show proof of purchase.
Special Orders & Final Sale Items:

Shipped Pneu-Dart Products:
The customer is responsible for reporting damaged or incorrect shipments within 48 hours of delivery. Please report any issues to pneudart@centralabag.ca , for damaged items please include pictures of the damaged product in your email.
