Excellent calving mineral that can be used from 6 weeks prior to calving through breeding to improve mineral status. This is a chelated mineral that can be fed free choice or mixed with grains. *This feed contains added selenium at 30.0 mg/kg.

  • Pre-Calving Mineral (for beef cattle) is intended to be fed to beef cattle on a free choice basis while on a pre-calving feeding program.  Pre-Calving Mineral should be placed in a mineral feeder and there should be 1 mineral feeding station for every 15 - 20 head of cattle.  Pre-Calving Mineral may be mixed with grains and the grains fed at a rate to supply approximately 100 grams of Pre-Calving Mineral.  Expected intake is 70 - 100 grams per head per day.  Cattle should always have free choice access to salt and clean drinking water.
