Crusader Italian Ryegrass is a dense, fast growing, high-quality diploid Italian ryegrass for forage or hay production. Crusader can be a low-cost alternative annual that will persist in hot, dry climates and will perform optimally under irrigation. When planted in the spring it can be grazed multiple times and grows well into the fall for extended grazing and silage production.
