Pelleted 16% Protein Beef Ration, designed for maximum gain on growing bulls and other classes of beef cattle. *This feed contains added selenium at 0.3 mg/kg.
Begin feeding Country Junction 16% Beef Ration EO after calves are weaned. Calves that will become replacement animals in the breeding herd should be started on 16% Beef Ration EO at approximately 0.5 kg for every 100 kg of body weight. Once the bull calves have all started consuming the 16% Beef Ration EO, increase the amount of 16% Beef Ration EO fed by 0.5 kg every 3 - 5 days. The calves should be grown using good quality forage and approximately 1.5 - 1.75 kg of 16% Beef Ration EO for every 100 kg of body weight. After getting the calves started on the 16% Beef Ration EO, they can be switched to the 14% Beef Ration EO if the forage crude protein is greater than 14%. Allow calves free choice access to salt and clean water at all times.
